CITA has been working in the business of make a difference in the lives of the needy since 1969.
    There were few and little examples to follow. Therefore, new roads had to be plowed. Some of the methods were successful some not so. However, one method proved to always be successful, and that method has been our motto from the start. "Christ Is The Answer"
    We at CITA believe that the Bible provides a way for all to Overcome. That way is delivered to us through Jesus Christ.
    Our programs are Biblically based and work hand-in-hand with other individuals and groups that are determined to make a difference.
