The ACHIEVER PROGRAM holds the resident accountable for
daily achievements. Each next
week of the 12-week program is earned by '
achieving' set goals.
Upon registering into the program, goals are set. Examples of
those goals could be; obtain id, find work, work and save to move out at week 12
or earlier and re-establish payments on child support.
There are many reasons to enter the ACHIEVER PROGRAM, but the
requirements remain constant with all Achiever residents. They must work on achieving
goals.
In the event an Achiever is not able to achieve the goals
set, sometimes the person can be switched to an
OVERCOMER PROGRAM that is
designed to work with and eliminate obstacles.
