Established in 1969, CITA now
houses up to 70 people daily.
In 1994 a fire destroyed CITA's main building. 2 years later
the current building was completed and is functioning with greater
efficiency than the original 80 year old building.
Working with the support of the people in the
Melbourne area and with the support of local Drs, Clinics, Churches, Private
Organizations other Missions , CITA has helped thousand of individuals.
CITA Has been noted as a Community Point of Light.
Programs
CITA has developed programs that encompass nearly all the issues and
needs that a person has when they come to CITA.
Funding
CITA is strictly funded by the community through
donations and volunteering of help and services.
