Our belief concerning God the Father, The Son (Jesus
Christ) and the Holy Spirit, and the relationship with
man are derived solely
from biblical scriptures.
We believe according to the scriptures, that each and every
person has a need for salvation from the penalty of sin. According
to the scriptures, a carnal person (someone bonded to sin who rejects
God)
is separated from God. A sinless Jesus Christ died on the cross, and paid
the penalty due for our sins. He arose victorious over death, and
provides us with the salvation from the
destination we all have as a person bonded to sin. That salvation is a
free gift and causes us to be regenerated into God's family.
It cannot be forced, sold, bought, traded, earned or
ignored.
Upon our spiritual regeneration, we are
released from the
bondage to sin. We become a new creature. We are no longer a mere
creation of God, but we are now a child of God. We now have a new
eternal family, and an eternal heavenly home with our heavenly Father.
As a child of God, we also have been promised help in this
life as well.
CITA; Christ Is The Answer, is more than just our name. It's our belief.
DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER, JEHOVAH
I know that I am a person of a sinful nature, and as such, am separated
from you.
I understand that your son, Jesus Christ gave his life and
conquered death as a payment for my sins so that I could come to join
your family.
I desire to be more than just a creation, but a child of God and a member
of your family.
I understand that I cannot save myself through efforts of my own.
I cannot be my own savior.
Therefore, I receive your free gift of salvation that Jesus Christ
provided in his victory over death.
Father Jehovah, you are the Lord of my life.
I profess Jesus Christ to be my
Savior.
I have faith in my free gift of salvation, and I await the gifts of
the Holy Spirit to comfort me, guide me and direct me in a life that
will further the spread of your love and mercy.
Now, I am a member of your eternal family.
In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
This Could Be Your First Prayer
