CITA

RESCUE MISSION

Helping the needy in the Melbourne area since 1969, CITA now provides beds for up to 65 residents daily.
     CITA provides a place to stay while a person recovers from issues that resulted in them needing to come here.
     CITA also provides help for those needing a place to stay while they look for work and save enough to find a new residence of their own.
      CITA receives no federal support from grants or loans.
      CITA is solely supported by donations and volunteers of the local community.

Founding Father:
Johnny Ellison

     Johnny had a dream of starting a Mission that would help those who society had given up on.
    In 1969, his dream became reality and today his dream fulfils the dreams and needs of others.
